You Litigate The Law.
We Handle The Logistics.
You were hired to secure the best possible legal outcome, not to act as a crisis counselor. Those calls take your time and your clerks' time. We take those questions off your desk—managing the panicked families, tracking behavioral compliance and keeping clients organized between appointments, and every legal question comes back to you.
Protecting Your Time While Supporting Your Client:
You want to provide your clients with the highest level of care, but fielding frantic logistical questions from families pulls you away from building their legal defence. Every time your office has to walk a family through setting up a jail phone account, transferring property, or explaining facility rules, you are losing highly valuable time.
We step into that gap. We act as an extension of your client support system. We absorb the logistical friction, answer the gritty institutional questions, and help your client arrive organized and prepared.
The Proof of Concept:
Our framework is built on the exact methodology that prompted His defence lawyer to call him the best-prepared client for sentencing he'd had. to call our founder "the most prepared client for sentencing that I have ever had," and My parole board deliberated for less than two minutes. That was my case. We don't promise outcomes.
What We Do
Family logistics (The Family Survival Guide).
We answer the questions families bring to your office: phones, deposits, visits, property and court-day basics. It starts with the First-48 Bridge: jail phone access, canteen deposits and a one-page orientation soon after a remand. Every legal question goes back to you.Sentencing preparation support (The Sentencing Proof).
We ask what proof of change would help, support the client to follow through on programs, and organize attendance records and character letters for you to review. The records are the client's own work, for you to use as you see fit. You decide what's filed.Custody preparation (Incarceration Survival).
We prepare clients facing custody for intake and daily routines, before custody where possible, then by phone or through family.Parole preparation (Parole Blueprinting & Hearing Prep).
We help organize the release plan and run practice hearings. Filings stay with parole counsel.
Clear Boundaries.
We work alongside counsel and clinicians, never in their place.
No legal advice. We don't review disclosure, discuss evidence or comment on pleas.
No case facts. Our work isn't covered by solicitor-client privilege, so clients are told never to share case facts with us. If they do, we refuse the material, don't keep it, and tell the client and you.
No fee-splitting or referral fees with lawyers. Clients pay us directly.
No clinical care. Clients who need care are referred to clinicians.
No outcome promises. We deliver the work, not sentencing or parole results.
$2M E/O Insurance. If our work causes a client a loss, the client has recourse to our professional liability insurer.
Progress Records, With Consent.
With the client's written consent, we share simple records with you: attendance, completed tasks and documents delivered.
They're coaching records, not risk assessments. Confidentiality has limits, and we explain them to every client in writing.
