How We Can Work Together

  • NGO alignment

    We deliver coaching and peer accountability inside your program, under your agreement. We report attendance, completion and the measures your funder sets.

  • Men's Group Programming

    A peer accountability group for men, built on five core modules: The Mask, Emotional Avoidance, Coping Patterns, Anger, and Relationships. Peer coaching, not therapy. For agencies, we report group attendance and completion. Individual measures are shared only with each member's written consent. Available by agency agreement.

  • Custom pilots

    Tell us the gap. If it fits within coaching and logistics, we'll scope a small pilot with clear measures and a set end date.

  • Plain progress reports

    For groups, we report attendance and completion. For one-to-one work inside your program, we can also track a short list of coaching progress measures, such as task follow-through and routine adherence, and report them in plain numbers. They're coaching measures, not clinical or risk assessments. Individual results are shared only with the person's written consent.

Clear Boundaries

Strict Clinical Boundaries:
We have profound respect for the work your clinical professionals do. We maintain an absolute boundary between crisis navigation and clinical therapy. We do not diagnose, and we do not provide psychological or addiction treatment.

  • No diagnosis, therapy or treatment. Clinical needs go back to your licensed staff.

  • If someone is in immediate danger, we stop coaching and stay connected while linking them to 911 or a crisis line, until help takes over.

  • Disclosure first: our founder's lived experience is shared with every partner from the start.

  • Individual information is shared only with the person's written consent. We don't meet your clients socially outside the program unless you agree.

  • If our work causes a client a loss, the client has recourse to our professional liability insurer.
